Shauna V. Costello is a dedicated behavior analyst with a passion for applying science to solve real-world challenges. She holds an MA in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University and Masters of Public Policy from Michigan State University. Leveraging her strong foundation in behavior analysis, Shauna specializes in project management, training and supervision, self and time management, organizational behavior management (OBM), and consulting to help individuals and organizations build effective sustainable systems. Her commitment to education and professional development is evident in her dedication to mentoring students and fostering a strong understanding of non-clinical applications of behavior analysis.
Outside of her professional work, Shauna loves reading, traveling, spending time with family, and cheering on the Detroit Red Wings.

Maddie Duke earned her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from Florida Institute of Technology in 2023 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst the same year. During graduate school, she worked under Shauna Costello, who encouraged her to explore innovative, non-traditional applications of behavior analysis. That mentorship helped Maddie bring a behavior-analytic lens to marketing and communication, where she focuses on translating science into clear, engaging messages.

Outside of her professional work, Maddie enjoys applying applied behavior analysis to fashion and culture. She loves reading, styling new outfits, and painting in her free time.
